Another nice bloke and the best woodturner I have come across. An inspirational book, if you do any woodturning buy this book.

David Pye- The Nature and Art of Workmanship

I cannot agree with everything that the late Professor Pye has to say but it does make you think and examine your motives.

Charlotte Fiell- Charles Rennie Mackintosh

hero of Twentieth Century design, his influence can be seen everywhere.

The Wright Style, Recreating the sprit of Frank Lloyd Wright

another great hero and inspiration

Phillipe Starck

An influential designer of the 1990's.  If you do not know his work read this!
